THE PRINCIPALS

John Reynard

John has specialised in business to business market research in the healthcare and hi-tech sectors for over 15 years and particularly on the strategic and business development front.  
picture of john reynard He has conducted focus groups and in depth face to face interviews with a wide range of clinicians and end users. He has given presentations on marketing across Europe and is a member of the Market Research Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has a degree in Materials Science and a post graduate degree in International Marketing Management.

Sue Reynard

Sue has worked on a wide variety of market research projects within the healthcare and life science areas.

She has conducted in depth face to face interviews with, amongst others, consultant cardiologists, gynaecologists, embryologists, senior biochemists, microbiologists, and specialist diabetes nurses, and is adept at conducting desk research and report writing. She has a degree in Information Science, a Diploma in Marketing and is a member of the Association of Qualitative Research Practitioners.


Before joining CMR Sue worked as Principal Information Officer at Merck Sharp & Dohme.

Ian Oxbury

Ian Oxbury joined CMR in early June 2007 as Business Development Manager. He has specialised in medical / pharmaceutical market research and data collection in the EMEA region and the USA for over 5 years.

He returns to the UK having spent the last 4 years in Rotterdam working for a Dutch market research company. He is particularly keen on:

  • Message and Rep recall surveys
  • Tracking surveys
  • Multi-client studies

Tim Holbrook

Originally from Bury in Lancashire Tim Holbrook joined CMR in June 2007 as Research Executive. He graduated from Essex University where he studied Economics.

He has a particular passion for statistics and econometric modelling within market research.
