We have our own on-line clinician panels that yield response rates of 50% within 5 working days and we are at the forefront of ethnographic research in going into hospitals and patients homes to monitor and explore the 'context' in which devices and products are used and the associated ill-met, unmet and even unconscious needs are identified.
